Hi, I’m Julianne (she/her), a psychotherapist based in Winnipeg.

I am currently accepting new clients for in-person evenings and online daytime and evening sessions.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions, identity shifts, and the emotional challenges that can arise when life unfolds differently than expected. I also have a particular passion for supporting people through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and reproductive journeys.

My passion for this work is rooted in both specialized perinatal and grief mental health training and in witnessing the profound realities of fertility challenges, loss, and the transition to parenthood in the lives of those around me.

I am especially passionate about supporting people whose relationship with their bodies has changed through infertility, pregnancy, loss, postpartum recovery, injury, or other major life transitions. Many of the clients I work with are active women, athletes, and high-achieving individuals who find themselves grieving the loss of movement, strength, performance, routine, or identity that once felt central to who they were. Whether you’re navigating fertility treatments, pregnancy complications, birth recovery, returning to exercise postpartum, or adjusting to a body that feels unfamiliar, therapy can provide a space to process these changes, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.

I also enjoy working with university students, athletes, and young professionals navigating academic pressures, performance demands, career uncertainty, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. With a background in mathematics and experience in STEM environments, I understand the unique pressures that can come with high-performance spaces and the expectation to always have it together.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important foundations for meaningful change. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where we work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that fit your life.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions across Manitoba and Canada. As a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), sessions with me are covered by most extended health benefit plans, including many post-secondary student health insurance plans.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, grieving, navigating a major transition, or simply looking for more than survival mode, you’re welcome here.

Hi, I’m Breanne Jones (she/her), welcome!

As a Certified Canadian Counsellor with over a decade of experience, I’m here to help individuals navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I believe the heart of therapy lies in creating authentic, human connections, and my goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel safe to share and explore.

I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and while I work with individuals with diverse mental health concerns, I have specialized training in reproductive and perinatal mental health with a special focus on infertility, pregnancy loss, hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), pregnancy after loss, birth trauma, infant loss, NICU experiences, postpartum mental health struggles, and paternal mental health. I’ve also deepened my specialization with additional training in reproductive and birth trauma, earning my certification as a Canadian Certified Birth and Reproductive Clinical Counsellor (CC-BRT).

My own experiences with pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss, hyperemesis gravidarum, birth trauma, and being a NICU parent have given me a deep, personal understanding of how profoundly the reproductive and perinatal period can affect individuals and families. These experiences shape my compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, allowing me to offer meaningful support during life’s most challenging transitions.

I’m committed to offering an inclusive, culturally sensitive, and 2SLGBTQI+ affirming space. Recognizing that healing looks different for everyone, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs, drawing on approaches like Internal Family Systems, EMDR, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic practices. I’m also trained in the Gottman Method, certified as a Bringing Baby Home Educator.

Based in Manitoba, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, as well as telehealth services to clients across Canada. Whether you’re looking for support close to home or from a distance, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.

Hi, I’m Janelle (she/her), a Registered Social Worker supporting adolescents, adults, and parents through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and periods of heightened stress and vulnerability. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, and I also support clients across a wide range of life stages and mental health concerns.

My counselling work includes support for pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting transitions, birth trauma, perinatal grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, adolescence and identity development, relational stress, and neurodevelopmental differences.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I believe emotional distress makes sense within the context of your life, relationships, and broader systems.

At the heart of my work is creating a space where you feel understood, respected, and safe enough to explore what you’re carrying. I integrate evidence-informed approaches such as Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

I draw on both my professional experience and my lived experience as a mother, which allows me to provide compassionate, grounded support during challenging life transitions.

I am based in Winnipeg and offer in-person, virtual, and telehealth counselling sessions. My practice is culturally sensitive and 2SLGBTQI+ affirming, welcoming clients from all backgrounds to engage in therapy in a way that feels safe and empowering.
